Ingredients
¾cupcashews
1cupbaby spinach
1cupgrilled artichoke
½cupvegan creme cheese
¼lime
2teaspoonapple puree
2clovesgarlic
2teaspoonolive oil
5tablespoonplant based milk
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 F.
Soak the cashews in hot water for 10-15 minutes. The cashews are washed and the remaining water is filtered off. Put the cashews in the blender with ¼ cup water and blend until smooth.
Put the spinach in the blender and blend everything again until smooth.
Add the grilled artichokes, vegan creme cheese, apple puree, juice of the lime, garlic cloves, olive oil, plant based milk and blend the mixture with the blender until smooth.
Pour the mass into a baking sheet, put cashews and some vegan creme cheese on top and put in the oven. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
