Chop all your veggies.
Heat the oil in a wok or large pan over medium-high heat, add the vegetables and stir fry until they begin to soften, about 10 minutes.
Meanwhile put a pot of water on to boil for the noodles. Cook your ramen noodles according to package and set aside.
Combine the ingredients for the stir fry sauce.
Add the noodles to the pan and pour in the sauce and cook for another 3 – 4 minutes until the sauce is thick and covers the noodles and veggies.
Place in a serving dish and garnish with chopped green onions and soy sprouts.
