These vegan mozzarella sticks are made with wholesome ingredients such as vegan cheese, breadcrumbs, and just the right spices including a combination of oregano, garlic powder, salt and pepper and paprika.
How to Make Vegan Mozzarella Sticks
Coat each piece of cheese with flour and then soak in the soy milk.
In another bowl mix the breadcrumbs with garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste, smoked paprika and dried oregano.
Coat the cheese sticks with breadcrumbs mixture and fry the cheese sticks into the well heated oil over medium heat.
Cook in the pan for about 2 minutes and serve with your favorite vegan sauce.
