How to Make Vegan Spinach Artichoke Dip
Preheat the oven. Soak the cashews in hot water then drain and wash. blend with ¼ cup water until smooth. Put the spinach in the blender and blend everything again until smooth.
Add the grilled artichokes, vegan creme cheese, apple pure, juice of the lime, garlic cloves, olive oil, plant based milk and blend the mixture with the blender until smooth.
Pour the artichoke dip into a baking sheet, put cashews and some vegan creme cheese on top and put in the oven.
Bake in the oven until it’s done.
Put it on toast of your choosing and enjoy with family and friends.

- ¾ cup cashews
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1 cup grilled artichoke
- ½ cup vegan creme cheese
- ¼ lime
- 2 teaspoon apple puree
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 teaspoon olive oil
- 5 tablespoon plant based milk

- Preheat the oven to 400 F.
- Soak the cashews in hot water for 10-15 minutes. The cashews are washed and the remaining water is filtered off. Put the cashews in the blender with ¼ cup water and blend until smooth.
- Put the spinach in the blender and blend everything again until smooth.
- Add the grilled artichokes, vegan creme cheese, apple puree, juice of the lime, garlic cloves, olive oil, plant based milk and blend the mixture with the blender until smooth.
- Pour the mass into a baking sheet, put cashews and some vegan creme cheese on top and put in the oven. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
