How to Make Ramen Noodle Stir Fry
Chop all the vegetables and put in heated pan until they start to get a little soft. Meanwhile put a pot of water on to boil for the noodles.
Make the the stir fry sauce and set aside for the stir fry ramen noodles.
Add the noodles to the pan of veggies and pour the sauce over the noodles until the sauce is thick and covers the noodles and veggies.

Ingredients
Stir Fry
- 1 package dried ramen noodles
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 green onion chopped
- 1 carrot peeled and sliced
- ½ head broccoli cut into florets
- ½ red pepper
- ½ green pepper
- ½ zucchini
- 70 gram snow peas
- 1 small head shallot onion finely chopped
For the stir fry sauce:
- 5 tbsp water
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 ½ tbsp molasses
- 1 ½ tbsp cornstarch
- 3 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 inch ginger (grated)
- 3-4 cloves garlic grated
- ¼ tbsp red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Chop all your veggies.
- Heat the oil in a wok or large pan over medium-high heat, add the vegetables and stir fry until they begin to soften, about 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile put a pot of water on to boil for the noodles. Cook your ramen noodles according to package and set aside.
- Combine the ingredients for the stir fry sauce.
- Add the noodles to the pan and pour in the sauce and cook for another 3 – 4 minutes until the sauce is thick and covers the noodles and veggies.
- Place in a serving dish and garnish with chopped green onions and soy sprouts.
